The Dragon Boat Festival holiday time of SmartGen Technology in 2018

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, May Festival and Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. It is a traditional Chinese festival. Before the Spring and Autumn Period, the Dragon Boat Festival was a festival for preventing illness and epidemic. Then it became a festival for Chinese Han nationality to mourn the sacrifice of Qu Yuan and to cherish the noble and unsullied spirits of Chinese people. The festival has been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous rice wrapped to form a pyramid using bamboo or reed leaves), racing dragon boats, drinking realgar wine, hanging mugwort and calamus, wearing perfumed medicine bags and braiding silk threads of 5 colors. These activities are very common in China.

From June 12th to 14th, SmartGen invited a 6 Sigma Black Belts expert to give training. Everyone benefits a lot from the lessons. We not only learned to use various management tools such as DMAIC, analysis tools like CPK, SIPOC and Xbar-R control charts to solve practical problems, but also understood that six sigma is an important tool in the cultural change of enterprise. It is a way for companies to strive for excellence and continuous improvement.

The goal of 6 Sigma management is to continuously improve customer satisfaction. We will continue to integrate and optimize it like 5S management to provide you with a better user experience.
