He is Yue Xiaobing, the line supervisor of the control panel workshop.

In his early twenties, he has worked in control panel workshop for more than three years. The more wit, the less courage. Less than a year after he joined the company, he volunteered to run for the line supervisor of the control panel workshop. Based on his proactive and efficient execution in his usual work, and the comprehensive evaluation of his team, he was elected as the deputy line supervisor and heaters group of the control panel workshop.

Outside of his daily work, he was always thinking about how to increase the capacity of heaters so that everyone can work more efficiently. In 2020, the “heaters improvement project” led by him has doubled the heaters capacity through the secondary transformation of the production line and the use of a new integrated debugging platform. In the end, he won the championship of the quarterly improvement project. Later, with his intensive research and the unremitting efforts of his team members, he has increased the heaters capacity to four times!

The line supervisor was an important link connecting all links. You could always hear someone shouting "Xiaobing, Xiaobing" in the workshop, and you could always see him everywhere in the workshop. He could always use the most reliable method to solve everything that colleagues said in the fastest time.

After entering 2021, in the post-epidemic era where epidemics are normalized, epidemic prevention measures of countries around the world have achieved initial success. The long-lost Turkey WIN EURASIA finally set off again and adopted the innovative mode of combining online and offline.

SmartGen | The Lean Improvement Project Competition Of SmartGen

——Continuous improvement without limits

The lean improvement project of SmartGen has inadvertently celebrated its seventh phase.

It was different from the previous six phases, this competition was on-site evaluation. All the judges walked into the site of each improvement project, and got to know the real situation by contacting with the real objects.

After a brief meeting, the judges walked into the improvement site.

There were a total of nine projects in this competition, including two outstanding improvement projects:

"Process Optimization Project" of the Finance Center: Combining the business status and demands of various departments, using information tools, optimizing the identified processes, training relevant personnel and regularly answering questions to pay attention to the implementation. It lasted 214 days, covered 9 business processes, made various tasks more efficient and smoother.

"Electronic material all-on-line improvement project" of the Supply Chain center : With the help of small programs, the monthly average abnormal number was effectively controlled by the optimization of raw material kanban redesign, material verification and tracking. In the next step, we will continue to improve and optimize complete set rate by planning and scheduling software.

There’s no end to Lean. With the continuous participation of all staff, we felt the power brought by lean management. The Lean Improvement competition was not only an opportunity to affirm and break through, but also a platform for spreading improvement ideas, sharing improvement results, and exchanging improvement experience.
